The Brazos Valley’s newest and most upscale steakhouse is modeled in the tradition of the great cattle ranches of the Southwest. Our namesake - The Bell Ranch of New Mexico - is an authentic working ranch on 292,000 acres.

Come dine with friends and family, and enjoy great food, warm hospitality and lively storytelling in a comfortable setting. Our menus have unforgettable flavors and the finest aged USDA prime beef. Knob Creek® Bourbon - personalized just for us - is used in signature specialties. Our wine list is extensive.

What truly sets us apart is our fine grade of beef; aged at least 30 days, then over-head flame broiled to allow the juices to be confined for extra flavor and tenderness.

Also enjoy seafood fresh from the Gulf, generous home-style sides, and over-the-top desserts including our "Bell," with Blue Bell Peppermint Ice Cream atop a brownie and drizzled with white chocolate, and bread pudding with bourbon sauce.

Our attentive staff enthusiastically greets you at the door and assures outstanding service and a completely fine dining experience from beginning to end. Our stylish dining room was designed by renowned architect Keith Carlson of Houston. We offer two smaller rooms for private parties.
